In January 3, 2020, Ostovich was positive for Ostarine and GW1516 and was suspended for eight months by USADA. The illegal drug was found in her supplements but was not listed on the label. Gina Mazany will face Blaydes and Lewis Ostovich on November 28 in 2020 at UFC on ESPN. In the third round, she was knocked down by body kicks. After losing three times consecutively, the UFC removed Ostovich off its roster on December 7, 2020.
